HexaDeck is the perfect solution for difficult flooring, temporary roadways and ground protection requirements when you require heavy-duty performance.
Each tile interlocks to the adjacent tile using an underlay/overlay system. Once connected this unique system provides tremendous strength and stability. Each tile supports over 13 tonnes. When interlocked, load pressure is dispersed to adjacent panels, increasing load capacities to over 100 tonnes per m2.
Unlike square modules, the hexagonal design avoids the structural weakness associated with a 4 way joining point and allows for uneven ground conditions.
From pedestrians through to stages, trucks and cranes, HexaDeck will easily handle heavy payloads. As such it is ideally suited to special events, construction and all forms of industrial and military applications.
As with EventDeck, HexaDeck also protects the ground you are covering. With special ribs and support joints, the weight applied to each module is spread evenly across the adjacent tiles. The open compartments underneath each module prevent damage to the sub surface and allow grass to continue to grow.
In the same way as EventDeck 1, HexaDeck also features drainage holes to allow water and ventilation through to your valuable turf surfaces.
